Immune defense for Breastfeeding mothers and Children

Hi. I love immune defense but i’m looking for something safe for a nursing mother and 7 year old child. What would you recommend?
I’d be ok with a good pro/pre biotic too.

Huh, I've always told people based on the studies I read that Vitamin C doesn't do that much for you regarding sickness and it's mostly a myth.

I intermittent fast 22 hours every day. So my regimen kinds of tries to address the vitamin side of things so that I don't have to rely on food as much. If you are eating plenty of good vegetables and fruits, you are likely getting enough C throughout the day. However, a good steady state C, like Reacta-C, helps keep levels stable without any real side effects. So no reason not to include it if you are worried about sickness. Normal vitamin C is shit, though. I will give you that. You have to use some sort of controlled release formulation. Vitamin C does have its place in many people's regimen.
