Hi. I love immune defense but i’m looking for something safe for a nursing mother and 7 year old child. What would you recommend?
I’d be ok with a good pro/pre biotic too.
Thank you

I have to preface this by saying that you should always speak to your doctor about things like this first. It's better to be safe than sorry; especially with your children.
That being said, Epicor is a prebiotic that is safe for children. Our yeast extract would be, too. Those would be a good daily base for immune support. I'd say our Microzinc would be another good one. Zinc is proven to boost the immune system. We don't carry it yet, but a good vitamin C would be safe as well. I personally use forms that are more of a controlled release, like Reacta-C. Turkey tail mushroom would be another good one. I'd also suggest vitamin D3 and K2. Many people are deficient, especially in the winter.
