Immune defense for Breastfeeding mothers and Children

Hi. I love immune defense but i’m looking for something safe for a nursing mother and 7 year old child. What would you recommend?
I’d be ok with a good pro/pre biotic too.

Yes very restrictive if true. Ok so would you say most supplements are under five calories? A lot of people in this community take handfuls of supplements at a time. And so it would seem like it would be pretty easy to go over five calories. Do you guys do any testing on calories for your supplements? I guess oils would definitely go over that since they are 120 calories per tbsp but that doesn't matter since you could just take those with food.

Most non-oil-based supplements are under 5 calories, yes. Obviously fish oil and things like that are sometimes more. The rule is that if it is over 5 calories you have to list it on the supplement label. If it is below 5 calories, then you are not supposed to list it.
