Immune defense for Breastfeeding mothers and Children

Hi. I love immune defense but i’m looking for something safe for a nursing mother and 7 year old child. What would you recommend?
I’d be ok with a good pro/pre biotic too.

What do you eat in those 2hrs?, do you sit down and have a six course meal?, lol

Aged meats and cheeses to start. Then I move to normal protein, carbs, and vegetables. Then I have some nutrient bombs that I have made for me with things like peanut butter and chia seeds. It's not that hard to eat 1,500-2,000 calories in a short period once you are used to it. One thing I literally can't resist is the Elote corn chips from Trader Joes. They are heaven. I will eat half a bag in one sitting if I don't stop myself. That's 750 calories right there!
