Is it true ND lion's mane is no good because it's not an alcohol extract?

And it is optimized for beta-glucan. That beta-glucan has no effect on NGF or cognition.
Is this true? If it is what a shame bc I just started my ND LM like 10 days ago.

Erinacine E
So... this means it can be assumed that there is at least less Erinacine E in the 1:1 as there potentially is in the 8:1 dual-extraction, right?

No, that's only speculation based off him reporting side effects I would associate with a kappa opioid agonist. I can't say one way or another at the moment because the analytical science needs to catch up. I would not be surprised to see there is erinacine E in the fruiting body, but that's far from a scientific fact at the moment. Does it concentrate with ethanol, or do you lose it? I can't tell you for sure till I can accurately measure it in the first place.
