Shoutout to Nootropics Depot and their EU-shipping service (Ireland)

Just wanted to bring attention to Nootropics Depot (/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb) and their outstanding service. I've ordered some Bacopa and Gotu Kola as a first test to see how shipping, service etc will work out since I live in Europe.
Normally I order from MindNutrition (/u/MindNutrition) and don't get me wrong, they're great for an european audience, but since It costs me the same in shipping either way (MN's fastest shipping option is 22+ euros, ND was ~25 for the "DHL Express Shipping", I figured there was nothing to lose to try it out.
Well, I place my order on the 16th at 7:12 PM. By 7:45PM my package was shipped. Today, the 18th at 11:20 AM the packet arrived safe and sound, with no customs problems nor fees (I think Ireland has a 150EUR exemption).
Considering Nootropics Depot's reputation for quality and considering I got my order even faster than orders from Mind Nutrition (UK), I have nothing to complain about and will definitely order more from them as an EU customer.

I live in germany too. In my experience racetams will get seized if they don't slip through. If they seize a big order you might get fined in addition (Verwarnungsgeld). Adaptogens, plant extracts, amino acids, vitamins and minerals are usually fine.
The following might get seized:
Mushroom Extracts, Valerian, Melatonin, vitamins with high doses per declared serving, racetams, dhea, phenibut, adrafinil, tianeptine, GABA, Kanna
u/xLosTxSouL I haven't tried NDs DHL Express option yet, but I'm not certain if it would really make customs clearance faster. Unfortunately NDs team always fills out the customs declaration with "Memory Supplement" and a value of 10$. Since customs need the real value of the order to calculate taxes the package usually sits a long time in customs before being sent to your local customs office, where you have to show up and let them check for forbidden contents.
Btw u/MisterYouAreSoDumb can you please chime in as to why your team cannot list the specific contents of the package with their actual value? I mean I guess it reduces the risk of customs taxes for customers whose orders slip through, but on the other hand a lot of packages spend a lot of time in customs due to that.

Btw u/MisterYouAreSoDumb can you please chime in as to why your team cannot list the specific contents of the package with their actual value? I mean I guess it reduces the risk of customs taxes for customers whose orders slip through, but on the other hand a lot of packages spend a lot of time in customs due to that.
We can, but we have found listing them generically works better most of the time. If that's not the case for Germany, we can change the settings for the region, though.
