Different shipping option experiences from Nootropics Depot to the EU/UK?

I'm thinking about putting in a ND order to the UK, but first I've been reading around and heard many different experiences about each of the shipping options. I'm mainly interested in: a) how long each one took; b) how much you had to pay in customs fees (particularly if ordering to the UK); and c) how large the order was.
I've got a general gist that standard can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, whereas DHL is usually within 5 or so working days. DHL is substantially more expensive, but I wonder if differences in customs fees could help to elucidate which is most cost-effective. I've also heard of people sometimes avoiding customs fees with the USPS options, but haven't heard any reports of FedEx. Similarly, it'd be nice to know how order size effects these fees. Thanks!

Turns out that your shipping software is stripping the second address line which includes my apartment number. That's probably the reason why my ND packages were sent back as undeliverable. Your team offered me to reship with the complete address on the shipping label and I successfully received my order :)
On another note, is chelated potassium powder something you would consider to carry? Most places only sell potassium salts like citrate, chloride or gluconate. The only chelated form I could find are potassium glycinate capsules sourced from Albion, but unfortunately those are tiny 99mg capsules due to some stupid FDA regulation.

Ohh, good. That's a thing we can fix! Our shipping software does auto-corrections for things. Most of the time that works well for us, as it fixes a lot of mistakes. However, if someone in our warehouse accidentally checks a box to override the correction, and they left the apartment number blank, then it will override subsequent orders for that customers. In theory that is a good thing, as it allows us to permanently fix a mistake. However, if it gets done accidentally, then it screws legitimate orders up. Sorry about that!
I might consider a chelated potassium, or another novel delivery system, as long as we can make the pricing work.
