Injuv comes in 6.3 but the site recommends 70mg?

What they were answering

That is a huge accomplishment. Building a team up like that is indeed incredibly hard. I recently was promoted to a Director position and am working through this myself. Keep up the good work and know that you have some dedicated customers who are spreading the word about ND and the shady supplement industry. I always seem to run into people who truly believe supplements don't work. However, they most likely purchased them from Walmart (who was previously accused of selling supplements that contained no primary ingredient and/or was contained unlisted ingredients).

The flipside is I don't trust the FDA. This is for many reasons including how shady they have been with kratom. They have lied and mislead people about supposed kratom death. They attempted to spin the data and state that kratom has unsafe levels of heavy metals. When they realized that they couldn't get traction in the US they traveled to Indonesia and attempted to pressure the Indonesian government into having them make kratom exports illegal to the US. Kratom needs to be used responsibility and I believe they should be encouraging studying it to help solve issues like the opiate epidemic. I wont even get into their issues with drug and medical device approvals..

I agree with you on the FDA thing. The entire life of my company I have been trying to lay as low as I can, and stay off their radar. I was worried of the unknown, because I know how other government agencies that I have worked with operate. However, I am going a different route now. I have drastically shifted us in a different direction these past few years. I now realize that you can only change things for the better from the inside, or from a position where you can affect change in those that have that power. So we are members of the AHPA now, and are going to FDA conferences. We are getting NSF and ISO certified, and going through all the regulations to ensure we are the best we can be. We are working directly with analytical equipment manufacturers, like Waters, to help improve their hardware and software for the supplement industry. In fact, my lab director is flying out to Waters' R&D lab to help them on the development of their next generation UPLC/MS systems, and we might become a demo/R&D lab for them. We've gotten closer to our now Senator here in AZ, Kyrsten Sinema. She actually helped us get our product specialist into the country from the Netherlands when immigration was stonewalling us, back when she was just the US representative in our district. So hopefully we can have her be an advocate that can actually affect the system positively. We are not trying to lay low from the FDA anymore. We are trying to productively interact with them and possibly help ensure they make sound decisions. Who you know and the relationships you build are crucial to long-term success. I don't want to hide and be afraid anymore. The stress of the Ceretropic days was rough on me. You can't fight everyone at the same time. I think I can get a lot further towards my original goal of advancing the nootropics/supplement industry, and making it safer, if I take a smarter path. So that is what we have been doing.
