I have been bothered by this for a while but only got to typing it today.
For instance, if you log in on your account on ND site it doesn't sync the cart to your phone or another device if you're browsing. This is particularly important as I don't order items 1 by 1 from ND rather at a certain package (say 5 items) and then make the purchase, mostly because of the shipping payment.
I can go on about the benefits and cons of this, to make it short can you do this for us ND?

Edit: Additional bug, when you're already logged in the 'Sign in' is still available.

The argument against it is that sometime people add things to their cart on their phone, forget about it, and make a new cart on their desktop. Then once they log in, the carts get merged and they might buy more than they wanted if they didn't double check. I think that is a rare issue that is pretty much solved by having a notification pop up if a cart gets merged between devices, though.
