What's truly amazing is the government has all of these conflicting regulations but we still have a supplement market selling supplements with missing primary ingredients, severely over/underdosed. and sometimes with unspecified dangerous ingredients.
I appreciate how you test everything you sell multiple times. It has made me hypervigilant when I have to purchase a supplement that ND doesnt offer.

The supplement market as a whole is a mess. Very few people are doing things properly. It's funny because we spent a long time preparing for this audit. Literally every member of my team was involved in ensuring that thousands of documents and processes were ready for this. I am very proud they all came together in the manner they did! However, we were all still very nervous for how it would go beforehand. In all actuality, we were so well prepared that the auditor came into my office to tell me how impressed he was with our facility, procedures, and team. He said that everyone was extremely efficient in their workings together, and everyone seemed to be happy and truly glad to be part of a team. Apparently that is not common when he does most audits. He says most places are a disorganized mess, and full of things that need fixing, but on top of that he can tell people are either not happy in their position, or only making things work because they have to. Our team was doing things because they were happy to be part of the organization I have built. Frankly, out of all the things I have accomplished since I started things out of my house back in 2013, I am most proud of the absolutely amazing team I have behind me. It really is the hardest part of this whole thing. Building an organization from nothing into an efficient and happy team is very very difficult. It's awesome to come in every day and see that everyone behind me is truly onboard with what we are doing and the things we stand for. Sometimes I hold myself and my team to such high standards, I forget that is not the norm. So we still get nervous and worry if we are doing well enough. It's nice to occasionally get the reminder that we are really holding ourselves to a higher standard!
