Super Rhodiola?

I really like ashwagandha for general mood and anxiety so I was looking for something to stack with it on days where I need a bit more energy. I have heard rhodiola with a greater concentration of salidrosides works well. Super rhodiola is apparently just the active chemicals which leads me to believe that it works even better.
If you have experience with both rhodiola rosea and super rhodolia, please answer the following questions:
* 1 - what were the brands you used
* 2 - what were the effects, both positive and negative
* 3 - how long you used it for
* 4 - if and when the effects stopped working

Thanks for letting me know. I probably won’t go above 3mL.
Is this stuff fairly safe to take long term? Do you know if it build tolerance in your experience?
It seems to stack pretty well with caffeine, tyrosine, beta alanine.

Yes, it's safe long-term. Salidroside and tyrosol are in olive oil and argan oil, and are both antioxidants and cardioprotective.
Tolerance can happen to pretty much anything. Your body is great at trying to maintain homeostasis. So I always suggest cycling things to account for that. Perhaps take a week off every couple months or so.
