Ok yea that's within reasonable range of personal consumption especially with concentrated extract. I had been feeling ruq pain when I took nalt/5-htp with egcg (before I even read this thread). I chalked it up to diet or something but I'm going to take a cautionary approach and stop it for now even tho egcg has been so helpful in eliminating side effects of 5-htp :((
Do you have any suggestions for any peripheral aadc inhibitors that's otc? Idt I can get any carbidopa in the states :/ other wise I'll just resort to drinking green tea

I can look into other AADC inhibitors. I was already thinking about that. It might make more sense to just take something else with the EGCG to counteract the liver risk, though.
