Sludge on Nootropics Source Noopept Spray

Hi Guys, I'm quite a regular customer to Nootropics Source and most of my order is noopept spray. My previous order there is no such problem on Noopet spray. Work quite strong compared to noopept powder.

But my last order, there is some sludge on every noopept spray I've ordered. Do you guys know what is it? I've never seen this before. Its dark coloured. Here's some picture:

That's what Ceretropic was at the end. It was only crypto. Not enough people used it for me to justify the risk of keeping Ceretropic going. There is just no real future in that part of the industry. I was sick of propping up something I knew had no future.
