Sludge on Nootropics Source Noopept Spray

Hi Guys, I'm quite a regular customer to Nootropics Source and most of my order is noopept spray. My previous order there is no such problem on Noopet spray. Work quite strong compared to noopept powder.

But my last order, there is some sludge on every noopept spray I've ordered. Do you guys know what is it? I've never seen this before. Its dark coloured. Here's some picture:

It's not natural, I am afraid. Also, nasal delivery is one of those things that makes banks uneasy. We are at the mercy of what banks are comfortable allowing us to sell.
