Dosages in 3 studies above are ~20mg d-amphetamine (Dexerine) on day 1,3 and 5. No need for microdosing and the phenomenon persists for at least 1 year. The question is:
If Amphetamine sensitization is indeed dangerous, why is it rarely mentioned in studies about Prescription Stimulant Medication Misuse? Why they keep recruit healthy individuals to make them sensitized? Why is amphetamine approved for ADHD? Isn't it too easy to get amphetamine sensitization?

ok thanks. Off topic but can I hire you as a health counselor please? English is not my first language, so I need your advice in some studies about Dopamine 2 receptor, ADHD and Amphetamine treatment. I'm so desperate and stressful right now about those conflicting research findings.
I have messaged you.

Sorry, I do not offer that service. I am not a physician, and there are legal implications to trying to fill a physicians role without a medical license. Plus, I don't feel it is ethical for me to charge people for health advice.
Don't be stressed, though. Stressing about things will cause more harm than anything.
If you are asking about long-term changes to the dopaminergic system after amphetamine use, yes it is a concern. However, it seems to be dependent on both the person and the amount used.
