Dosages in 3 studies above are ~20mg d-amphetamine (Dexerine) on day 1,3 and 5. No need for microdosing and the phenomenon persists for at least 1 year. The question is:
If Amphetamine sensitization is indeed dangerous, why is it rarely mentioned in studies about Prescription Stimulant Medication Misuse? Why they keep recruit healthy individuals to make them sensitized? Why is amphetamine approved for ADHD? Isn't it too easy to get amphetamine sensitization?

What about the amphetamine sensitization mentioned in those studies? They got it after taking 20mg d-amp (low/moderate dosage) 3 times.
/u/tronatula also mentioned another study showed that amphetamine sensitization protocol was performed by injecting amphetamine in mice for 5 consecutive days. Dosage is 2.5mg/kg which is equavilent to 0.2mg/kg (14mg/70kg) in humans.

The sensitization they got was from a few uses, and lasted up to a year. That doesn't mean they were regularly taking it over that year, though. Regular daily use will lead to tolerance. So the sensitization is something transient, but seems to last a lot longer than one would expect.
