Dosage of Nootropics Depot's Noopept?

The capsules say they have 30mg per dosage, but when weighing the capsule, they come out to approximately 475mg... what's the deal?

I was gonna break the capsule into two 15 mg doses throughout the day, but even if I poor out 30 mg of the powder onto my scale for a dose, I still have roughly 7/8ths of the power left in the pill...

I see, thanks! I figured it was filler, but I just wanted to double check.

In that case, I'll probably take take roughly half the capsule for each dose.

That should work. We are also going to be offering lower dose noopept capsules soon. That way people can have a choice for what works best for them.
