What does amidation do to epitalon?

I read that amidating the C-terminus of a peptide may increase its bioavailability and stability. Let's say I still have about 80mg of reconstituted N-acetyl epitalon amidate (Ceretropic) under cold storage conditions (fridge), and I haven't touched it since 7 weeks for a reason. Can it still be used?

Thanks! The amidate form is very hard to dilute. Even with 10ml the 100mg didn't want to dilute. I gently rotated the vial yesterday to dissolve the tiny layer of peptide at the bottom, but now my solution got cloudy.

Yeah, it's very non-polar. It takes time to fully solvate. Cloudy is fine, though. You just don't want large particulates.
Going forward, we are going to start selling the 100mg in tow separate 10ml vials of 50mg, to allow easier dissolving.
