One week black seed oil review

Original post in this thread

After reading some glowing and frankly over-the-top reviews of black seed oil I decided to buy some (http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/181866035720?_mwBanner=1) and try it for myself.

I normally take caffeine+l theanine, ashwaghanda and rosea rhodiola several times a week but I stopped taking all of those one week prior to starting black seed oil to give the best chance.

I took two table spoons worth once in the morning before breakfast and once at night before bed as I've read other do. After 6 days of continuous use I can report that I felt absolutely nothing. It may have been doing something positive in the background but there was nothing I could notice. I got a mild headache first few times and it tastes horrible.

More people should post negative review to balance things out and give others a more accurate picture of what they might buying.

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb have you looked into black seed oil as a remedy for your histamine disorder? Do you have any opinion of/experience with this supplement?

Yes, I have been using it for a couple months. It doesn't really seem to help my histamine issues. It does seem to help anxiety a bit, but I am not sure to what degree yet. I am still trialing it out. I just don't have the time anymore to really do isolated trials. Plus, I've got fires to put out seemingly every day. So stress is pretty much always a factor now. Some days I daydream about just falling off the grid, and living in the woods somewhere. Haha
