One week black seed oil review

After reading some glowing and frankly over-the-top reviews of black seed oil I decided to buy some (http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/181866035720?_mwBanner=1) and try it for myself.
I normally take caffeine+l theanine, ashwaghanda and rosea rhodiola several times a week but I stopped taking all of those one week prior to starting black seed oil to give the best chance.
I took two table spoons worth once in the morning before breakfast and once at night before bed as I've read other do. After 6 days of continuous use I can report that I felt absolutely nothing. It may have been doing something positive in the background but there was nothing I could notice. I got a mild headache first few times and it tastes horrible.
More people should post negative review to balance things out and give others a more accurate picture of what they might buying.

The US is sprinkled with a network of meditation centers recessed in the woods. I know of people who have forsaken a modern lifestyle and travel from center to center, sitting on retreats.
There is a part of me that longs to break the Wheel, and step away from normal cycles to pursue the meaning of everything that lies at the heart of me.
But most of the rest of me wants to do it while I make the world as it appears to me a better place. Still, if all else falls through, I can always become a monk. And who knows? Odds are I'd write a good book or two after several years of meditating.

I'd go crazy eventually. I know that. I get a lot of fulfillment growing and advancing something. I just need to learn to balance things better for my own stress levels. Maybe a couple weeks in the woods would not hurt. Haha
