What are the daily stacks for the admins of this subreddit?

Hi,

This subreddit is the most powerful and complete resource about nootropics, and the administrators of this subreddit have to read all the posts and evaluate them; then, they have to have a lot of information about nootropics. I was always wondering, what are the daily stacks for the administrators of this subreddit?

Daily Stack:

He tries "to keep things simple."

He tries "to keep only take things with a lot of evidence behind them that are also probably health promoting, instead of just safe."

Everyday

* Bacopa Monnieri (synapsa)

* EGCG (from green tea extract)

* Alpha-lipoic acid

* DHEA

Sometimes

* Bioavailable Curcumin

* Phenibut

Reason

* Bacopa has noticeable cognitive effects for me.
* EGCG noticeably improves my skin.
* ALA is not very noticeable, it may have slight very short lasting acute cognitive effects, but not much.
* DHEA noticeably improves my mood.

If you could only choose one for energy and focus, would you go with the polygala or the cordyceps?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic & Nootropics Depot

Ohh damn... So Cordyceps is great for days when I am doing physical activity, like mountain biking. However, I can get a little on edge if I take it and then sit at a desk. Polygala is more useful for mentally tasking days. So I guess it would depend on the day. If I am mountain biking, then I would take Cordyceps. If I am just working, Polygala would be my choice.

Nootropicsdepot extracts... dosages?

Replying to Some-Thoughts · I should add that I am also taking polygala sublingual 1-3 times per day when I need a motivation boost. maybe it is at least partly responsible for the effect on my memory.

I'd bet the acute effects you are feeling are more due to polygala than the lion's mane. Usually lion's mane takes a couple weeks to build up. Polygala is acute. It could also be a combination of both effects together.

Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?

Replying to janowski_d · Could you list any other substances that you take on regular basis ( beside Semax, Selank and caffeine of course I know you love them already haha ) ? Never heard before of carnos

I am always changing things, and trying out new compounds. So what I am taking varies a lot. Lately I have been doing a base stack of cordyceps 1:1 extract, shilajit, panax ginseng root/leaf/GS15-4, polygala, caffeine, t

Info about less-discussed mushroom extracts

Replying to faxmulder · that's awesome! I didn't see it. Are you using/did you use any mushroom in your stack? Shiitake seems interesting because I've seen that it has effects on moods and might work als

I have used them all at one point or another. I always try everything we sell. I am taking our Immune Defense every day, which has reishi and turkey tail in it. I am also trying out poria with polygala for cognitive effe
