One week black seed oil review

After reading some glowing and frankly over-the-top reviews of black seed oil I decided to buy some (http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/181866035720?_mwBanner=1) and try it for myself.
I normally take caffeine+l theanine, ashwaghanda and rosea rhodiola several times a week but I stopped taking all of those one week prior to starting black seed oil to give the best chance.
I took two table spoons worth once in the morning before breakfast and once at night before bed as I've read other do. After 6 days of continuous use I can report that I felt absolutely nothing. It may have been doing something positive in the background but there was nothing I could notice. I got a mild headache first few times and it tastes horrible.
More people should post negative review to balance things out and give others a more accurate picture of what they might buying.

I'm the same way. I have ADHD and at one point had given up on my future, so I always fear my accomplishments slipping away into the ether.
I'm actually going on a 10-day vipassana meditation retreat in two days. Vipassana is great because it isn't vested in a religious pretext and is largely about what they call "self-purification through self-awareness".
I've heard of people being able to improve their allergies and other inflammation using vipassana. It looks like there are retreats held in Arizona. I know you have so much on your plate but perhaps you need a sabbatical. While an unbroken chain can pull you along, it can also bind you when you most need to change.
I'm sure I'll have something to share about my experience. I'll let you know how it goes ; )

Definitely let me know how it goes. I am going to Colombia for a week or so in a few months. That should help give me a little break.
