Hi,
This subreddit is the most powerful and complete resource about nootropics, and the administrators of this subreddit have to read all the posts and evaluate them; then, they have to have a lot of information about nootropics. I was always wondering, what are the daily stacks for the administrators of this subreddit?

Daily Stack:
He tries "to keep things simple."
He tries "to keep only take things with a lot of evidence behind them that are also probably health promoting, instead of just safe."
Everyday
* Bacopa Monnieri (synapsa)
* EGCG (from green tea extract)
* Alpha-lipoic acid
* DHEA
Sometimes
* Bioavailable Curcumin
* Phenibut
Reason
* Bacopa has noticeable cognitive effects for me.
* EGCG noticeably improves my skin.
* ALA is not very noticeable, it may have slight very short lasting acute cognitive effects, but not much.
* DHEA noticeably improves my mood.

Shilajit
I thought this stuff was fairy pixie dust (i.e. a lot of hype from the "woo woo" types about healing your chakra energies, but no actual scientific basis)
Was I wrong?

In my personal experience, maybe. I get very good subjective effects from Primavie shilajit. Also, fulvic acid is a main component of shilajit, and it has some research behind it. I have more energy while on it, and my libido is better. It also helps regulate cholesterol.
Examine has a pretty good article on it: https://examine.com/supplements/shilajit/
The science is still out, but I personally feel benefits from it, and I have the luxury of having access to all I want. So it's a part of my daily stack.
