Ceretropic/Nootropics Depot Pipeline Update?

I've heard a lot of awesome ideas thrown around by /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb but I have yet to see any progress with them. A few that come to mind are:

PRL-8-147 powder

Orexin-A nasal spray

P21

Magnesium-25 supplements, as the oxide or chelate form (I admit I suggested this, but It was mentioned that ceretropic/nootropic depot had interest in it and could procure it, so its fair game.)

NRX/GLYX

Intranasal Insulin (in select states)

BPC-157

Neuropeptide S? (not sure about this one)

...and probably a couple more I am forgetting about. Are any of these even "on the back burner"? I'm really curious, are there currently any updates or progress at all on these? will there likely be in the future?

How long can you withhold actual sleep with Orexin A?
Unlike stimulants or Modfinil it's my understanding Orexin A is reducing your need to sleep rather than covering it up, right?

I've never tried, so I am not sure. You'll still need sleep, as it results in a lot of ancillary things you can't replace solely with a peptide.
