Synapsa Is Amazing but those GI Issues...Advice?

So I'll start off by saying Synapsa has been a great supplement for myself. I've used the Monnieri brand in the past and that came with depression and lethargy.
However, the Synapsa brand noticeable changes my mood, it makes me more calm and collected and I dosed 300mg for 2 weeks before stopping due to stomach pains. But they were horrible and out of the norm and my bowel movements were painful as well.
I stopped dosing but was wondering if there is anything I can do to offset. I know some users reported these issues but they went away but not for myself. Dosed at night, in the mornings, or even with food. Any help?
Edit: Started taking a probiotic called VSL3 and these issues are not happening anymore. Thanks everyone!!

No, I'm not. I was thinking about taking some but I was told it takes a few weeks for the probiotics to line your stomach and do its job.

Probiotics start to work a lot faster than that. It might take a few weeks to fully recolonize your system. However, they start doing their thing after a couple dosages. It also depends on the strength of probiotics you use. I'd go to your pharmacy and ask for VSL#3. That's strong stuff, and works quickly.
