Due to it's nuclear spin, magnesium-25 is 2.5x as efficient at catalyzing the synthesis of ATP and stabilizing it in the cytosol, than the 9x more abundant isotope; magnesium-24 which has no nuclear spin. Many people are already deficient in magnesium due to a diet high in processed foods. supplementing with isotopically enriched magnesium (meaning more Mg-25 than the naturally more common Mg-24), could provide a strong stimulant effect rather than traditional depressant role of large doses of Mg^2+ displacing Ca^2+ from its ion channel, and result in dramatically increased metabolism and improved functioning in each cell in the body. I incidentally ran into this as I was researching how I could actually put my rational design project into a GMO cell culture line.

You could always sell it as an intranasal spray or subcutaneous injectable solution, in which case you would not need to chelate it. Interestingly enough, the chelation process itself can be somewhat isotopically selective if the limiting reactant is the organic compound. there isnt always that big of a difference between a salt and chelate in terms of bio-availability anyway. ie, Mg sulfate and Threonate are fairly close in terms of their net increase in Mg^2+ levels, iirc.

EDIT: If you dont mind me asking, what did the supplier you found quote you?

I have not gotten a quote from them yet. However, I am pretty sure it will be somewhat reasonable, as it comes in larger quantities.

That post incorrectly says that all magnesium forms are salts. That's false. Salts are ionic bonds. Magnesium forms, like glycinate and L-threonate, are chelated. Those are coordinate bonds, which are a type of covalent

Eurypeptides are fake. They don't exist. Those numbers literally come from a single study that used the Lowry's total protein assay, which then they just take that total protein number and call it eurypeptides. For one,

The biggest advantage to our Micromag, in my opinion, is that a dose is a single capsule. Glycinate is two. L-threnoate is three. Even if you go with other vendors, you can't fit a whole dose of glycinate or threonate in

It depends on the forms you are using. Elemental magnesium and calcium compete for absorption, as they are absorbing through the limited number of ion channels. Chelated forms would be absorbing through the more abundant
