How does Tianeptine effect neurotransmitters other than serotonin

I have been taking Tianeptine (sulfate) and it has helped lift my mood and lower my chronic pain. However, this past week I have noticed more anxiety and less enjoyment out of things I'm doing.
Taking phenibut once a week is usually really enjoyable, however since starting tianeptine it has become almost pointless as I get nothing out of it. Music and things I'm interested in feel lifeless and boring. My goal was to find something that increases creativity not inhibits it. Kinda sucks because it was really helping.
I know it can enhance the release of dopamine. Might I be experiencing dopamine receptor down regulation? Also I've heard it can lower the amount of serotonin in the synapse, which would definitly explain some of my issues. What might I do to counteract these effects?
I'm going to start tapering down. Hopefully a lower dose still benefits me without some of the side effects. Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing these side effects?

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb are you talking about this study?
Acute effects of tianeptine on circulating neurotransmitters and cardiovascular parameters
"The drug provoked a striking and significant reduction of plasma noradrenaline (NA) and plasma serotonin (f-5-HT) while it increased plasma dopamine (DA) and platelet serotonin (p-5-HT) concentrations within the 4-h study period."

I was not, but that seems to refute what we were saying. I was referring to a rat study. However, the one you linked was in humans. So perhaps the SSRE effects are more potent in humans than we thought.
