How does Tianeptine effect neurotransmitters other than serotonin

I have been taking Tianeptine (sulfate) and it has helped lift my mood and lower my chronic pain. However, this past week I have noticed more anxiety and less enjoyment out of things I'm doing.
Taking phenibut once a week is usually really enjoyable, however since starting tianeptine it has become almost pointless as I get nothing out of it. Music and things I'm interested in feel lifeless and boring. My goal was to find something that increases creativity not inhibits it. Kinda sucks because it was really helping.
I know it can enhance the release of dopamine. Might I be experiencing dopamine receptor down regulation? Also I've heard it can lower the amount of serotonin in the synapse, which would definitly explain some of my issues. What might I do to counteract these effects?
I'm going to start tapering down. Hopefully a lower dose still benefits me without some of the side effects. Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing these side effects?

Was that in physiological human doses?

In the brain, no. It needs higher dosages to enhance 5-HT uptake in the brain. However, it does enhance 5-HT uptake in blood platelets at lower dosages, which could explain why some people react well to it for GI issues. The dosages used to enhance 5-HT uptake in the brain are about 1.5mg/kg corrected for humans, or 10mg/kg for rats.
