N-acetyl Semax Amidate tolerance?

I'm on day three of using NASA and I'm experiencing a whole bunch of nothing. Day 1 it had an effect. One squirt twice that day. Nothing extraordinary, but I was just glad that it worked. Day 2 started the morning off with 2 squirts. I felt nothing but a headache and some serious brain fog towards the end of the day. I bought it from Ceretropic and have been dosing with two squirts throughout the day and feel absolutely nothing. Could I be doing something wrong? I'm a little discouraged, so if anyone could shed some light on this situation and explain what's going on, I'd appreciate it.

Speaking as someone who takes 300-600 mcg NA-Semax Amidate daily (going on a year, albeit w/ a 3-month hiatus), I didn't notice much effect until I reached that dosage range. And I even combine with low-dose (albeit chronically administered, 10mg x 4/day) dextroamphetamine.
I even notice effects in the morning after I squirt my NA-Semax Amidate and before taking dextro. An immediate sense of well-being, is the only way to describe it. Probably the activation of serotonin and dopamine systems.
MYASD is speaking as a Guinea pig (and I mean that in the kindest way) who has used doses up to 1.2 mg (1200 mcg) to test their efficacy. Bear in mind his tolerance, but also bear in mind my threshold dosage (300-600mg) to start achieving desired effects.
Edit: I love Ceretropic, btw. If it wasn't apparent.

Yeah, I use higher dosages as well. However, some people get very anxious or brain fogged at that dosage. So it really depends on the person. I've seen people have issues going higher than 50mcg before. Some people had to dilute our spray to make it work for them. There is a fairly larger dosage range with the Semax versions.
