I'm on day three of using NASA and I'm experiencing a whole bunch of nothing. Day 1 it had an effect. One squirt twice that day. Nothing extraordinary, but I was just glad that it worked. Day 2 started the morning off with 2 squirts. I felt nothing but a headache and some serious brain fog towards the end of the day. I bought it from Ceretropic and have been dosing with two squirts throughout the day and feel absolutely nothing. Could I be doing something wrong? I'm a little discouraged, so if anyone could shed some light on this situation and explain what's going on, I'd appreciate it.

I wish I saw this in my inbox earlier but thanks for the follow-up! I ordered 300mcg. I feel silly buying so much without testing it out first but live and learn. A single squirt had a noticeable effect the first day and not the following (thus the confusion). I'm considering it may have been a placebo since it took around 30 minutes for me to notice while other personal reports say it's instant. I've been taking one squirt daily since this post with no noticeable improvements yet. I'll keep at it while also using the CBS website to keep a better record of my results. What time would you suggest taking the tests for NASA? Should I take them immediately after dosing or should I wait for a set amount of time? I also have an interest in the immediate effects would appreciate the dosing advice. I never dosed with more than two squirts and plan on keeping it that way without a second opinion.

Well there is such thing as virgin receptor syndrome. Your body will have a stronger reaction to certain compounds it has never been exposed to. It's not really placebo, but does not last either. Semax and its variants are interesting, in that they build effects over time. So you might notice less of an effect day 2, but more of an effect 7 days later of regular use. Some people even need to lower their dose a week or two in. It just depends on the person.
For testing, I would wait an hour to run through them. So wake up, make sure you are active and still not sleepy, take the Semax, then an hour later take the test.
