N-acetyl Semax Amidate tolerance?

I'm on day three of using NASA and I'm experiencing a whole bunch of nothing. Day 1 it had an effect. One squirt twice that day. Nothing extraordinary, but I was just glad that it worked. Day 2 started the morning off with 2 squirts. I felt nothing but a headache and some serious brain fog towards the end of the day. I bought it from Ceretropic and have been dosing with two squirts throughout the day and feel absolutely nothing. Could I be doing something wrong? I'm a little discouraged, so if anyone could shed some light on this situation and explain what's going on, I'd appreciate it.

Two days is not enough time to assess effectiveness of anything. Not to mention, one needs to be measuring things with sites like www.cambridgebrainsciences.com or dual N-back to really measure effectiveness. Also, we don't know what concentration spray he got. He could be too low on dosage for his brain chemistry. The lower dosage sprays usually take 5-7 days to build up, and give noticeable subjective effects. I take larger acute dosages for immediate effects. However, some people prefer to take lower dosages for long-term effects. Either way, it is going to take longer than 2 days to get a feel for what works for one's brain chemistry.
