The variability in effects is very interesting. You also have to take into account ROA too. Some people prefer nasal, while others prefer sub-Q. I've had people that needed to dilute their Semax spray to 50mcg, because the 100mcg was too much. Then you get the people doing multi milligrams a day. It just depends on the person.
