What exactly are Semax and Selank? What is their MOA for layman nootropic users?

And for a specific question, could they potentially protect opioid receptors from the long-term therapeutic use of Tianeptine?

Also, I have had many reports of people saying both Selank and Semax have interacted with other opioids they were on.
interesting, mind if you sum up these interactions?

It seems to be people using kratom or other opioids for the euphoric aspects. A few reports claim that taking Selank or Semax, around the time of kratom or other opioids, reduces the subjective mood boost that they would normally get. I've found that to be true sometimes with Selank. You still get the anxiolytic properties, but the increase in mood is dulled.
