Would a megadose be toxic? I'm curious what would happen if you took, like 10 times the recommended dosage. On the other hand, I'm also curious what it might do if microdosed...

No, you would have to take a lot more than that to have any issues. I did take a 5x dosage as a test. Still no subjective effects. I mean vitamin C has no acute subjective effects either, but we still know it is beneficial. So the same could be for Nicotinamide Riboside. I just don't feel it is worth the current cost.
