Does anyone know if the Russian awakebrain phenibut is the FAA form or HCL?

I was getting phenibut HCL from powdercity in capsule form, now I'm trying it from awakebrain which is supposedly the genuine russian pharmaceutical stuff. It comes in tablets instead of capsules, and there's no information on the website about whether it should be taken sublingually and whether it's HCL or FAA. I've tried it sublingually once and it tasted like pure vitamin c tablets do basically. Sort of tasted sour and like vomit after awhile, but there was no burning like people describe when they take the HCL form that way. Still feasible I guess.

Hey I know this is an old post but I am sure you will see it anyway.... If you just want enough (R)-phenibut to sample for yourself just separate the enantiomers yourself. I have lurked around here for a couple years and know that you have enough practical chemistry knowledge to do this. I am sure you can figure out how to do this, but if not feel free to PM me.

Yeah, I have thought about it. I also just wrote an analytical lab that claims to have small amounts of R-Phenibut reference standards. We'll see if they can get me a small amount to trial.
