Does anyone know if the Russian awakebrain phenibut is the FAA form or HCL?

I was getting phenibut HCL from powdercity in capsule form, now I'm trying it from awakebrain which is supposedly the genuine russian pharmaceutical stuff. It comes in tablets instead of capsules, and there's no information on the website about whether it should be taken sublingually and whether it's HCL or FAA. I've tried it sublingually once and it tasted like pure vitamin c tablets do basically. Sort of tasted sour and like vomit after awhile, but there was no burning like people describe when they take the HCL form that way. Still feasible I guess.

We have run into the same roadblock trying to develop R-phenibut - also have been seeking out partner manufacturers for quite a long time, but unable to get the cost within 10x the racemate.

Hell, I've even accepted a lab's 10X price offer, and they still declined to do it. I think they are just throwing out huge numbers to get me to go away. Then when I accept, they are forced to say no anyway. 10X the price is not doable for production, but would be worth it for me just to try it out and see how well it works.
