Does anyone know if the Russian awakebrain phenibut is the FAA form or HCL?

I was getting phenibut HCL from powdercity in capsule form, now I'm trying it from awakebrain which is supposedly the genuine russian pharmaceutical stuff. It comes in tablets instead of capsules, and there's no information on the website about whether it should be taken sublingually and whether it's HCL or FAA. I've tried it sublingually once and it tasted like pure vitamin c tablets do basically. Sort of tasted sour and like vomit after awhile, but there was no burning like people describe when they take the HCL form that way. Still feasible I guess.

Russian pharmaceutical Phenibut is Phenibut HCL.
It is also just R-Phenibut rather then racemic Phenibut.

That's not true. They are racemic, even Noofen.

Racemic phenibut was obtained from Olainfarm, Latvia.
Olainfarm is who makes Noofen. All the Russian (Latvian and Belarus too) stuff on the market is racemic phenibut. The only places claiming otherwise are the sites selling those Russian (and Belarus) pills.
