Citicoline more active than GPC Choline?

Original post in this thread

I've read that Choline gives you a more active focus then GPC Choline. I don't mean the intensity of focus, but the energy. And when I saw Citicholine on a pre-workout supplement (along with Yohimbine HCL) I got to wonder if it is more effective for a pre-workout supplement and focus.

wasn't that based on only one study in rats where they injected it directly in the vascular system of the brain?

Has anyone tried Excelerol? I'm interested in trying it because it is apparently one of the best nootropics out there, but I'm a bit suspicious because I've never heard anyone talk about it on this subreddit.

Feedback on this Nootropic!

Replying to anworder · I know, I know. I was being facetious. You'll get 750-800mg at most, with something as molecularly dense as Oxiracetam, per 00 capsule - but of course you know that. This whole p

If they don't even know the volume capabilities of the capsules they are using, it makes me wonder just how much else in the product is screwed up. They say they have an 80% ginsenoside Panax Ginseng. That's a higher per

Noopept vs coluracetam vs Hydergine vs Citicoline long term benefits, or short term blunders?

Replying to Reese_Witherspork · I'm gonna be the one who breaks that "avoid cholinergics" rule with Coluracetam. The same thing was said about alpha-gpc/citicoline/centro/DMAE and Huperzine-A, but when I stacked

I'll probably be the one that breaks the "Don't take all these new racetams at the same time" rule! We'll confer notes.

Tried adderall yesterday, was my experienced normal? Hoping to find a good alternative.

Replying to [deleted] · You have nothing to feel guilty about. Drug usage isn't inherently morally wrong. Adderall can be used in moderation with little negative effect, or so I've read. NMDA antagonists

What helps with Choline to Acetylcholine conversion?

Replying to CrackleJackal · I'm thinking about using Oxiracetam along with Choline bitartrate. Info: http://forums.sherdog.com/forums/f15/co...ank-me-327142/

Don't use choline bitartrate. It's not very effective. Go with either Alpha-GPC or CDP-choline. You may not even need to add cholinergics in there if your diet already is sufficient. Some people get depressed when adding

Coluracetam Causing Depression?

Replying to Pliableferret · My reaction to coluracetam was initially [beneficial](http://www.reddit.com/r/StackAdvice/comments/1ummij/supplements_for_competitiveness/cejnmnn) and beyond what I would consider

Those are pretty low dosages. I use 20mg of coluracetam usually. CDP-choline seems to be the worst for me so far. It gives me depressive symptoms like clockwork. Low doses of alpha-GPC seem to be ok.
