Thanks MYASD! Short term gene expression like that is pretty fascinating as a topic. Definitely more to read into. I'm (re) trying suvorexant, which is an orexin antagonist, for sleep. Could be interesting to see if a one-two punch (knock-out at night, then raise in the morning) was beneficial for accelerating/reinforcing balance. Or the alternate way, if I'm misreading it.

Well I have been trialing an Orexin-A nasal spray for waking up. Haha. So that's convenient!
