Tianeptine causing headaches / migraines and nausea?

Original post in this thread

Started taking Ceretropic's Tianeptine (sodium) solution yesterday. Took 3x 12.5mg spaced out during the day, and a few hours after the first dose I developed a nasty headache with some stomach discomfort (bloating, nausea). Woke up this morning with another headache and came very close to vomiting which is rare for me. Have been feeling slightly dizzy today and have a faint ache behind one eye.

Has anyone else experienced headaches / migraines or nausea when starting out on tianeptine? I also started Ceretropic's B12 supplement which I took 1mg of on Monday, 2mg yesterday, and 1mg this morning, and had 100mg of l-theanine for the first time yesterday.

Perhaps it was too many new things at once and my brain is reacting to the combination. Wondering if I should persevere with tianeptine or give myself a few days to get back to normal and then try again at a lower daily dose.

I drink very little alcohol and have upped my water intake the past few days, but I could always drink more water. Thanks for the links.

I find I have to drink more water than I usually do when I am on either Tianeptine or Modafinil. I'd say probably 50% more.

Can we please start modding or moving Tianeptine user experience reports?
