Nootropics Depot: Mushroom Extracts!

How is there not more discussion on these?
So I've been experimenting with nootropics for 3 years or so at least. Racetams, noopept, modafinil, Prl-8-53, rhodiola, ashwaghanda, etc. I realize that these may not all necessarily be nootropic - but for the sake of cognitive enhancement and personal evolution.
So far, I've gotten one 30g container of Red Reishi and Cordyceps. I'll give my description of each.
First, I tried Cordyceps as I had a good feeling about them. One 00 sized capsule full and 4,000UI of vitamin D3 started my day.
Wow! There is an absolutely notable not placebo boost in energy. Almost a high. Lasts maybe 4-6 hours. I start the day off at 7:30 or so with it and get off work around 3. Occasionally I'll redose at that point or once I get home if I feel like being more active.
Red Reishi, now this one, I thought, was less potent. The tangible effect upon my subjective conscious experience is less prominent. Rather than a bit of a rush of Cordyceps (rush really isn't the right word, but it's close), Reishi feels more airy.
I started off with a full cap, but last time I tried half a 00 with the other half as inositol. Great success! The effects were around…

Do all of those extracts take multiple weeks to see their effects? (like Lion's Mane)

No. Lion's Mane is a neurogenic one. Neurogenic compounds usually take time to affect the brain. Think of how Semax, Selank, or Noopept build over time. Other mushroom extracts have immediate effects on things like: improving immune function, regulating blood glucose/insulin, lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory activity, etc. Cordyceps actually acutely increases testosterone levels, which is what causes the pro-libido effects.
