Im not seeing a lot of clear diffrences between l-tyrosine and NALT. Also seeing as ceretropic offers caffiene/NALT sublingual solution, is NALT powder also bioavailable sublingually? And if so what dose should i try?

So I am just meant to swallow your caffeine/nalt solution not keep it under my tongue or anything?
edit: ... that sounds really bad. hah

Just shut up and swallow my solution! Haha
Yeah, it is meant for oral. Sometimes I do sublingual if I want faster effects. However, I avoid it too often because of the acidity.
