Im not seeing a lot of clear diffrences between l-tyrosine and NALT. Also seeing as ceretropic offers caffiene/NALT sublingual solution, is NALT powder also bioavailable sublingually? And if so what dose should i try?

Could i make a solution with a bit of baking soda to neutralize it?making it less harmful to my teeth

I would not do that. Baking soda is extremely volatile, and will react with the NALT in solution, and could create a whole new compound.
