Do you know any vendors who sell r-phenylpiracetam ?
"The effect of (R)-phenylpiracetam is much stronger than that of methylphenidate and amphetamine. Moreover, (S)-phenylpiracetam produces only a very weak effect at 100 mg/kg, which is 2.5 times lower than (R)-phenylpiracetam, and no significant effect at 200 mg/kg."

However, in the passive avoidance test, (R)-phenylpiracetam enhanced memory function significantly better than (S)-phenylpiracetam. The authors conclude that these results may be important for the clinical use of optically pure isomers of phenylpiracetam"

What I mentioned further up. A custom synth for me takes time away from their lab equipment, and from their chemists, which could be used to do larger synths of things that many vendors will buy. A single synthesis from me might only be a one time thing, or it might fail to scale or reach efficient yields. So even if I agree to their bid, the synth might fail, or it might take them a lot longer than anticipated. It's a risk for them. Plus, many of them are lazy. They just want to do easy synths that will make them large margins.
