Ceretropic Tianeptine Sulphate inconsistencies?

I ordered 2 grams of Tianeptine sulphate a couple months ago after reading many positive experiences here on Reddit. 25 mg twice a day has worked very well for me and I reordered 5 grams again a week ago.
My question is regarding the change in texture and taste. The first shipment of 2 grams had more of a grainy texture and did not dissolve quickly. The effects were gradual and very mild over the next several hours. Anxiety was greatly diminished and I found myself more motivated but otherwise, no side effects. Fantastic stuff!
My second order of 5 grams has a much thinner texture, like baking soda. I took my first dose only an hour ago and it dissolved immediately and tasted... a little different. Less bitter and more tangy? No difference in effectiveness that I can tell yet.
Wondering if this is normal variance in the batches or if I should be concerned. Thanks!

It was a difference in the milling that led to a difference in final physical properties. It's just a smaller particle size, and more fluffy. The taste difference is due to the particle size. Think of the difference between powdered sugar and granular sugar. It's the same chemically. One is just fluffy, while the other is granular. The effects are the same, though.
