Lol yea but dood unless it's only a pro-drug it will be legal for a time right? I mean yea probably not for long but there's obviously a long (and current) history of selling chemicals like this. You guys in the US can still buy loads of amphetamine analogues for example!! There's also psychedelics like 1P-LSD (which is awesome btw) which as far as I know is legal in all but 2 countries so far, though this won't last much longer. Obviously I can see why your company wouldn't want to sell these kinds of things, and I wouldn't want you to as it would jeopardise your whole business.

Ehh, they consider prodrugs of schedule 1-2 substances illegal. Prodrugs of schedule 3-4 substances are not illegal, per the DEA. The FDA can still have an issue with them. So the problem is twofold. Analogs of schedule 1-2 are DEA territory, and very risky. Analogs of 3-4 are FDA territory, and less risky, but not technically allowed. It's more of a grey area. DEA is no joke. Ain't nobody got time for that.
