Have you considered just carrying MAOIs? I don't know if there would be a legal issue with the irreversibles, but Moclobemide isn't even available here. Moclo actually seems like a promising nootropic (reduces inflammation, enhances sexual response) and doesn't have any food interactions.

I've shied away from MAOIs, due to interaction issues. While Moclobemide is safer than irreversible MAOIs, it can still cause serotonin syndrome with some serotonin enhancing drugs. It's less likely, but still has happened.
