What about substances like 2-FA and 2-FMA etc etc? There seems to be plenty of RC's available to the US that seem to break the analogue act.

The DEA would go after 2-FA and 2-FMA in a heartbeat with US vendors. They are not only structural analogs of schedule 2 substances, but also similar in effects. So they would treat selling them as a violation of the analog act.
