Is anyone selling tianeptine SULFATE besides Ceretropic?

Not talking about the sodium version; everyone and their mother is selling that. As great as Ceretropic is, more vendors will naturally lead to competitive pricing. Is anyone selling the sulfate besides Ceretropic?

How are they not comparable? release rate is simply the %amount dissolved/time and all of the evidence you cite is dissolution data.

(Absorbance)/(Absorbance at final time-point)×100%=% Dissolved normalized

After dissolution all tianeptine is the same due to deionization. I'm simply trying to show that the available data doesn't support what's being perpetuated. And i've seen anecdotes going both ways.

Because the rate at which it releases from a controlled release tablet over 1-20 hours, in a simulated gastric low pH environment, does not have a direct correlation to how fast it is absorbing in the various parts of the GI tract as a crystalline powder. Just like we cannot use the controlled release tablet data to prove it lasts longer, we also cannot use the controlled release data to disprove it. That dissolution table for the controlled release tablets is useless data for either side of the argument. That was my point. We need the same table to be done with the raw powder of each, in differing pH environments. You can do that at home, and will clearly see massive differences in the two compound's ability to solvate at low and neutral pH environments.

Tianeptine Sulfate is clearly much less soluble in low pH environments like the stomach, while Tianeptine Sodium is highly soluble. You can run these tests yourself. I have tried all manner of things to get Tianeptine Sulfate to dissolve in various solvents, in both low and high pH environments. It just will not solvate, whereas Tianeptine Sodium pulls water from the air just sitting there. The sulfate needs a more neutral pH environment, like that of the small intestine, to even get reasonable solubility. Even then, it's still much less soluble than the sodium salt. Tianeptine Sodium absorbs rapidly and completely in the stomach, no matter how acidic it is. The sulfate does not. It's this massive difference in solubility that should be used as evidence of the different pharmacokinetics.
