The cancer studies were flawed, and should not be used to prove a causal link to Cardarine and cancer in humans. Furthermore, no GP is going to give you useful data if you bring that up with them. For one, I highly doubt they have ever heard of GW501516. And two, no way is their answer going to be anything but "stop taking this immediately." You might as well just go look into a mirror, and tell yourself to stop taking it, as that will be the same level of information you would get by talking to a GP about it.
All the studies that people cite "proving" GW501516 causes cancer use 7,12-Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene, which is a powerful cancer-causing compound. Taking 7,12-Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene and GW501516 in high dosages, in rats genetically predisposed to cancer, resulted in cancer. No studies on GW501516 alone, or at normal dosages, has shown cancer growth. So by all means make people aware of the risk. However, telling them to immediately stop something working for them, because of a couple flawed rat studies, is not reasonable.
